Nedum Onuoha was born in Warri, Nigeria on November 12, 1986. But moved to england with his parents whilst still young. At school he was an outstanding Junior Sprinter, at 14 he finished 2nd in the 100 metres at the 2001 English School's Athletics Association Junior contest, where he ran it in 11.09 seconds.

2004-2005
After appearing and impressing regulary in the reserves, At the age of 17 in October he made his debut against Arsenal in the Carling Cup. he went on to make 12 first team appearences and 6 subs

2005-2006
October the 12th he made his debut for the England under-21's. Injurys hampered Nedum's progress and he only made 10 first team appearences.

2006-2007
at the beginning of the season, Nedum is still struggling with an injury.

He is a big strong lad with a great deal of composure, he has a very wise head on someone so young. Injurys are hampering his progress and he will be dissapointed. Hopefully he will be knocking on the 1st team door soon.
